Meet our staff

Denon Moore,
the wizard behind the curtain. A passionate owner and operator, seeking a rewarding outcome through creativity and new ideas. Colorado native and Park Hill resident, excited to bring great tasting and awesome looking pastries and custom cakes to her customers.

Sean Moore,
the cupcake guy. Owner, marketer and inventor. He’s the man behind the wheel of Denver’s first mobile cupcake unit. You’ll find him driving the streets in The Denver Cupcake Truck. Where he’ll stop, you never know.

Sara Cantrell,
General Manager Extraordinaire, Sara comes to Cake Crumbs with a combined 20 years of experience in pastry, restaurant management and fine dining. She is a Park Hill neighbor with an unmistakable Kentucky accent. This southern gal loves the Denver vibe and can't get stay off the slopes during the winter months.

Amy Long-Puttroff
Weddings and Events Coordinator. The lover or all things LOVE, Amy comes to Cake Crumbs with years of planning and thinking about beautiful, exciting and perfect parties. She is the go-to gal for all your event questions. She is sure to put your party in front leaving all your guests amazed.

Nicole Dechent,
Head cake decorator/designer. After getting an art degree and herding chicken in Detroit, Nikki found her way to Denver. In 2008 she took her natural artistry to Cake Crumbs and ran with ‘em! In her time with us, she has sculpted edible animals, made sneakers from cake, and designed beautiful wedding cakes. Nikki enjoys long bike rides, snacks, and dance parties in the kitchen.

Leanne Adamson,
Baker. Leanne makes many sweet things for us including cakes, rolls, and pies. A graduate of Johnson and Wales in Providence, Rhode Island 1999, she moved from Massachusetts to Denver. Since then, she has set down roots here in Denver with her husband and two daughters. Leanne joined the Cake Crumbs team in July of 2009. Despite her deep-seated hatred of squirrels, we love Leanne and try to learn all we can from her.

Jason G.
Jason is the go to guy here at Cake Crumbs. When our Assistant Manager isn’t keeping quality control in check, cooking or fixing something, this guy loves to craft beer and has even started his own brewing company!

Beth B.
Our amazingly creative shift leader, Beth, spends her time singing, blogging and creating artsy stuff. A former roller girl, she speeds around the bakery keeping everything organized and in tip-top shape.

Carmela W.
This little Brazilian firecracker holds down the fort during her shift, whipping up tasty coffee drinks and taking care of our website as well! No one can make a drink like Carmela and make everyone smile with her sweet personality!

Sam L.
Sam is another dynamo shift leader. She is a Park Hill native, lover of dogs, Star Wars and Madonna. She always keeps us on our toes with her fun style and sweet disposition.

Gina,
Gina started with Cake Crumbs just over a year ago as our Cupcake Girl, driving Clementine all over Denver, and she's now our Catering and Truck Operations Guru. She's also a writer and graduate student working on her MFA, and the mom of a great 11-year old daughter, and a soon-to-be college freshman son. In her free time, whenever she has any, she loves to read and cook, and is addicted to Pinterest and bargain shopping.

Hannah C.
Hannah is our little morning baker and cupcake maker. Her crazy hair colors and sweet face make all the little kids who come into the bakery go nuts for her. Hannah has an amazing personality and can frost a cupcake like nobodys business.

Nelson Mendez,
Assistant Baker. Nelson was Cake Crumbs’ very first employee, joining us in 2008. Nelson assists in all areas, but has a real passion for making Cake Crumbs’ famous chocolate sandwich cookies. He is a baker motivated to master all recipes.

Erin S.
Erin is Cake Crumbs resident sweetie-pie. She always comes into work smiling and in a great mood. Lover of outdoors and exploring. She recently moved from Baltimore and we are so thankful she ended up with us!

Zach,
Zach is also a Park Hill native, who’s smiling face could warm the coldest heart. Our customer service guy has a knack for funky style and makes us wonder what kind of insane hat he might wear to work tomorrow.

Henry KS.
Henry is our kitchen staff dude. When this guy isn’t climbing mountains or speeding around on his bike he’s literally running around the bakery getting your tasty food ready. We love this guy.

Samatha R.
Sam recently came back to work for the Cake Crumbs Family and boy are we happy about it. This girl can do anything you need, anytime. Sam is versatile and oh so fun. A math lover and oh so sassy! she is amazing!

Rayven K.S.
Rayven is training to be a tattoo artist while slinging coffee drinks and frosting our cupcakes. She always keeps us entertained with tales of her shenanigans and keeps us laughing at work!

Sydney K.
She is our firecracker in the kitchen. The one responsible for all those delicious cupcakes, cakes and TEXAS size cinnamon rolls, made from her heart. When away from work, she’s enjoying long walks with her boy, Dexter a lovely black lab.

Haley M.
Our head cake chef, this California native has mastered Denver baking. She the fastest cupcake scooper this side of the divide. When she’s not baking, she busy completing her degree at Johnson and Wales.

Our latest and greatest addition to the pastry and baking team. This girl can bake a mean cookie, we call her the cookie queen. Besides being the best cookie baker around, she is a loving mother of two energetic boys!

Kelly B.
Once a potter now a cake decorator, this ones got talent like no other. From sculpted fondant to painted scenes, she is great with whatever you throw her way.

Jami B.
Fast as lightning this one is, give her a cake and she’s got it decorated in no time. Flowers, princesses and sparkles is her game. She has a special touch for making her cakes have that special touch.

Matt Cooper,
Matt is the keeper of dishes and chaos organizer. Matt keeps the crew calm and coffee full. When Matt isn't working he enjoys creating beautiful paintings, video games and time with his family.
