Denon Moore,
the wizard behind the curtain. A passionate owner and operator, seeking a rewarding outcome through creativity and new ideas. Colorado native and Park Hill resident, excited to bring great tasting and awesome looking pastries and custom cakes to her customers.

Sean Moore,
the cupcake guy. Owner, marketer and inventor. He’s the man behind the wheel of Denver’s first mobile cupcake unit. You’ll find him driving the streets in The Denver Cupcake Truck. Where he’ll stop, you never know.

Amy Long-Puttroff
Weddings and Events Coordinator. The lover or all things LOVE, Amy comes to Cake Crumbs with years of planning and thinking about beautiful, exciting and perfect parties. She is the go-to gal for all your event questions. She is sure to put your party in front leaving all your guests amazed.

Jason G.
Jason is the go to guy here at Cake Crumbs. When our Assistant Manager isn’t keeping quality control in check, cooking or fixing something, this guy loves to craft beer and has even started his own brewing company!

Nelson Mendez,
Assistant Baker. Nelson was Cake Crumbs’ very first employee, joining us in 2008. Nelson assists in all areas, but has a real passion for making Cake Crumbs’ famous chocolate sandwich cookies. He is a baker motivated to master all recipes.

Erin S.
Erin is Cake Crumbs resident sweetie-pie. She always comes into work smiling and in a great mood. Lover of outdoors and exploring. She recently moved from Baltimore and we are so thankful she ended up with us!

Haley M.
Our head cake chef, this California native has mastered Denver baking. She the fastest cupcake scooper this side of the divide. When she’s not baking, she busy completing her degree at Johnson and Wales.

Andrew G.
Andrew comes to Cake Crumbs from Johnson and Wales, a real fireball in the kitchen and on the cupcake truck. Formerly studying to be a dentist with a passion for chemistry, Andrew decided the kitchen was his ideal lab. When he’s not concocting food, he enjoys extreme sports to include snowboarding and skateboarding.

This Colorado Native joins the team as a shift leader full of spunk and determined to keep the staff and customers smiling. Alexis has a great history of making a damn good coffee drink. She’s enjoyed studying art from the shores of Hawaii to the Colorado Art institute. Cake Crumbs is pleased to have such talent on their team! When she’s not working, she enjoys reading, writing, hiking and time with her friends.

A Park Hill girl, enjoying her first job at Cake Crumbs. Caylin delicately balances school responsibilities with work and is a pleasure to be around. We don’t think this one ever stops smiling, a true people pleaser. She has a true passion to be the best at what she does, learns quickly and makes wonderful coffee drinks.

A Colorado Native, studying Business Management at Metropolitan State University of Denver. She was born to lead and please. Sophia is quick to take on any challenge and always with a huge smile on her face. You’ll find Sophia behind the counter eager to help, can’t miss her with those big beautiful eyes!

Erin M.
This southern girl comes to Cake Crumbs from the warm land Florida. She has a passion for baking and makes a delicious cupcake. Though Erin is serious and quiet on the outside, watch out she plays a mean game of stealing gifts at White Elephant parties.

Our latest and greatest addition to the pastry and baking team. This girl can bake a mean cookie, we call her the cookie queen. Besides being the best cookie baker around, she is a loving mother of two energetic boys!

Once a potter now a cake decorator, this ones got talent like no other. From sculpted fondant to painted scenes, she is great with whatever you throw her way.

Matt Cooper,
Matt is the keeper of dishes and chaos organizer. Matt keeps the crew calm and coffee full. When Matt isn't working he enjoys creating beautiful paintings, video games and time with his family.
